A new, Italian-inspired menu requires an authentic, Italian touch. And hailing from southern Naples, there are none more qualified than our distinguished new Head Chef, Andrea Fontana.

Growing up, Andrea mastered classic Neapolitan cooking methods and the secrets to creating the perfect pizza.

Now, with 12 years of international cooking experience under his apron, this pizza artisan brings the traditional flavours of Napoli to The Argyle with only the best ingredients for his authentic creations, including buffalo mozzarella, tomatoes and flour – all of which are sourced from Naples.
