Argyle House Rules
A gentle reminder that when you visit The Argyle, our house rules apply and are to be followed at all times. Please remember and respect these or you will either be refused entry or asked to leave.
Our cover charge varies depending on what event we have on, Usually, It will start around $20 and increase throughout the night. We recommend arriving early to avoid paying excess fees. Entry to The Argyle is at the discretion of the managers and door staff. All Guests will have to pass a basic security check upon arrival.
Cover charge starts from 8pm on weekend, every other day of the week entry is free entry unless we have a special event.
Please note if you pre-book your ticket in advance it’s often free entry or dicounted
Our dress regulations are Smart Casual. However, on Friday and Saturday nights, it is a little stricter. Absolutely no sports wear, track pants, runners or active wear or caps! Entry will be denied if you’re dressed too casually, and no refunds will be issued if you don’t meet our dress code standards!
Please note that shoes like Nike Air Max and Nike TN’s are not permitted on weekends.
So dress up and make an effort you’re going out after all.

No photos or photocopies will be accepted. Argyle is a fully licensed venue and it is 100% necessary to bring ID.
Acceptable forms of proof of age in NSW include:
- A current Australian passport or other country’s passport
- A current NSW, interstate or overseas driver or motorcycle driver licence (or interstate equivalent)
- NSW Photo Card
All primary forms of evidence of age must contain a photograph and date of birth. The Argyle will not accept any other forms of identification other than those listed above.
Please note a secondary form of ID may be required on weeknds
Children and minors are allowed on the premises accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. They must vacate (leave the venue) by 9pm on weekdays. On Monday’s we show Movies which may not be suitable for children. We do not recommend having children in the venues at all on Friday and Saturday nights past 6pm.
If you have lost an item, please email your request to us and we will do our best to recover your item for you.

General reservations are free of charge and are able to be reserved based on availability on a first come first serve basis. We can book spaced for up to 40 guests, with the latest booking time of 9pm. Reserved space is sitting and standing room combined ideal for drinks and nibbles.
